To make parking manoeuvres easier, the proximity sensors alert you at any obstacles in front or behind through sequences of beeps that get faster as you approach the object. This way the driver achieves easier parking manoeuvres, while protecting the body. An intermittent warning tone indicates how far the car is from an obstacle. As the distance decreases, the warning tone becomes faster. It first sounds when the car is 1.5 metres from the obstacle and sounds continuously when only 25 centimetres remain. The system use ultrasonic sensors that are installed at the rear as well as the front of the car.
